Before you arrive in the Sunshine State
If we are given 48 hours notice we will "activate" your property, resetting your air conditioning, ice maker, and refrigerator. We will clean you property and purchase any groceries etc you may need or want.  

When you leave the Sunshine State
We will "deactivate" your property. We will clean it, adjust the air conditioning to the proper temperature, launder your linens and towels, change bed sheets, empty refrigerator and trash cans to so you do not need to worry about your property.

While you are away
We can handle bill payment on your behalf or coordinate having them sent to you directly.

We can provide pest control services.

Your property can be protected with a service contract that will cover all your appliances against failure due to any circumstances whatsoever.

We handle all repairs, painting and decoration, tile and ceramic work. You can rest assure that your property will always be kept in as perfect a condition as possible for your return.

We will receive your mail and packages in your absence, and will either keep them for you or have them delivered to wherever you wish.

We can shop for the best insurance for your property and contents.

We can take care of your boat or other craft by looking after its storage and settling any bills.
