Hurricane maintenance - Should in the unlikely event of a hurricane or extreme inclement weather our clients find our service at this time invaluable. We take every possible precaution to ensure your home is safeguarded. To include things like: - Pre-hurricane visits, involves moving your vehicles to higher ground, ensure hurricane shutters are closed and locked, all exterior patio furniture is safely stowed away, and unplug all electrical units. - At the fist available opportunity, once cleared by law enforcement, we return to your property inspect and contact you directly at the earliest possible opportunity with an update on the status of your home. - Pest Inspections - Home Activation: If you provide us with 48 hours notice we will activate your home for you so that your arrival is as welcoming as possible. - Home Deactivation: Upon your departure we will deactivate your home, to include cleaning throughout, launder bed linens and towels, etc. Finally turn off all your lights and set the A/C to the correcttemperature. You WILL HAVE complete piece of mind that your home is well cared for!
