Cleaning your property

When you decide to depart the sunshine state, we will take care of "deactivating" your apartment for you. We will clean it throughout, dispose of any leftovers in the refrigerator, empty the trash cans, wash all linens and towels, and finally turn off all lights and set the air conditioning to the correct temperature so that you have complete peace of mind that your property is well cared for.

Signature Service

Our signature service is our deep spring cleans. This is a very detailed service which includes full in-depth cleaning maintains your home to its highest standard.

What you can expect upon arrival

Our cleaning services include the following:

Kitchen

• Clean all appliance exteriors
• Load all dishes in dishwasher and run
• Clean all cooking appliances (i.e. Microwave inside and out, range top, etc)
• Clean all counters and sinks
• Take out all trash and replace bins with new liners
• Hand wash floors

Bathrooms

• Clean all surfaces, sinks, and replace towels with clean ones
• Clean and disinfect toilets, bathtubs, and showers
• Wash and disinfect floors
• Clean all bathroom windows

All House Rooms

• Tidy up and dust all living areas
• Dust window sills, ledges, and all wall hangings
• Dust and vacuum furniture
• Vacuum under beds and all staircases
• Change all linens and make all beds
• Vacuum all floors and carpets
• Empty all trash and replace with new liners
  

What you don’t expect upon arrival

• We clean in places that you hardly ever see! Places like the top of refrigerators and under beds.
• We disinfect and clean light switch plates, doorknobs, and even telephone receivers.
• We use environmentally friendly products and cleaning solutions.
